The brand

For the two sisters, Su and Birgit, hand-crocheting bags started out as a lockdown hobby. However as their unique pieces quickly gained attention, the launch of their own brand became inevitable. And so UNEXPECTED.C was born.

Locally sourced materials

All materials used in the process of creating an unexpected.c bag are locally sourced: from the wool to the straps and hardware.

Hand made

Su and Birgit, owners of Unexpected.c, crochet, sew and assemble every single bag by hand. This way every customer receives a high-quality unique piece.

Recycled, organic wool

In order to make sure we are doing our part for a better future, our bags are made strictly of recycled, organic wool.
